Blankie

When I was packing Addison's backpack this morning, I asked her if she wanted me to put blankie in there.  She said that she wanted to carry her instead.  Well, I dropped her off at school and then as I was pulling in the driveway at home my phone rang and it was Addison's teacher.  Addison was in a panic that she lost her blankie and wanted the teacher to call me and see if I had it.  Sure enough, I looked in the backseat and there was blankie.  Addison said she was okay without it and just wanted to make sure it wasn't lost.  I told the teacher that I would bring blankie back if Addison wanted it, but now it's almost time to pick her up and I haven't gotten a call.  I guess she was too busy to worry about blankie!  

Techie

First, she took over my iPhone.  Second, she took over the iPad.  Now, she's taken over my MacBook!

Ladybug Update

Lilly survived the weekend with us and happily went back to her class in one piece!

CEC

The girls have been asking to go to Chuck E. Cheese recently.  Today we decided that would be a great thing to do since it's so cold outside.  They ate pizza, played games, and redeemed a ton of tickets for some goodies.

Lilly the Ladybug

We have a visitor for the weekend!  Addison got to bring home the class pet!  Lilly the Ladybug is a small plush ladybug, not a real one!  Addison has to write 2 sentences about Lilly's time with us and draw an illustration.  She's so excited about Lilly being here!  Alyssa is too.  When we walked in the house, Alyssa said 'Hi Lilly, this is our house'.

PJ Day

Addison loved wearing her pajamas to school!  They even had pancakes, sausage, and orange juice for snack time.  I dropped her off at the door again.  While we sat in the drop-off line, she told me that she didn't want to walk in by herself.  I talked it up and made it a big deal that she was able to do that on her own.  It went fine and she didn't complain.

Bubbles

High-five to the inventor of bubbles!  Bubbles can turn a frown upside down!  Well, unless you spill your bubbles.  In that case, you will cry enough tears to fill the bottle again.
