We just got back from a nice, long weekend at the lake.  The weather was beautiful and we had a great time.  The drive is a little longer now that we've moved, but that isn't going to stop us from going!  We've got memories to make with our family and friends.

Here are some old pictures that have been in 'draft' mode for a few weeks.  Since I'm having such a hard time uploading new pics, I guess now is a good time to publish some of the old stuff I have sitting around.

Truck

Seems lately B's truck is against him!  We left on a Friday going home for Addison's birthday party and didn't make it very far.  Blake had just got his truck from the shop and was told it would be okay to drive.  Well, it had to be towed!

Our second day in the new neighbor*hood*, Blake's truck was broken into at a nearby grocery store.  He had left the Uhaul there Saturday night, because the Uhaul place didn't have adequate parking for the big truck after hours on their lot and we still had stuff in there to go in storage at the Uhaul place.  Blake picked up Uhaul and left his truck at grocery store around noon.  Three hours later he returned to find this window smashed and stereo stolen.  We got the last laugh since the stereo was pretty old and worth nothing.  Plus they left his cd case with more than 60 cds.  Welcome to your new home!

Dentist

We made a trip to the dentist while home this week.  Addison did great just like last time and was a big girl.  When it was Alyssa's turn she opened her mouth to let Dr. K see inside, but wouldn't let her get to close!  We love Dr. K!

Addison's Louisiana 4th Birthday Party

Get ready for blog overload!  I've got so much to catch up on and now finally feel like I can since we are all settled in our new place.

We celebrated Addison's birthday in Louisiana earlier this month.  This year Addison chose Olivia the Pig as her party theme.  Aunt Katie and Uncle Jimmy had a wedding to attend in the area, so they joined us for the party, too!

Addison's Four Year Well-Visit

Addison weighs 37.5 pounds and is 39.5 inches tall!  She passed her evaluation with flying colors and went above and beyond on a couple of tasks.  Like, she had to draw a person/stick figure.  She drew a person and then showed the nurse how she could write her name.  She was asked to stand on one foot, clap, sit down, stand up, etc.  She also showed that she knows her left and right.  She can see and hear just fine, although sometimes I question both!  She said her full name when asked and also added the street we live on right now.  She said my name and Blake's name along with Alyssa's full name.  I thought Addison would be getting 2 vaccines at this visit, but it was THREE!  It would have been four, but luckily 2 are combined.  She won't need any boosters for many years, so that's a relief!

Grams and Pappy sent these outfits for the girls.  So cute!

 Addison was a sad panda after her appointment.  She could barely walk out of the office!  We went home and I gave her some ibuprofen right away and........ she took a nap!
