Where'd They Go?

One morning Papaw and Alyssa went out to get the newspaper. They had been gone for a while and I went to check on them. I found Alyssa sitting in the swing and Papaw pushing her. It's pretty awesome to see my babies swing in the same swing as I did when I was little.

Doctor Visits

We managed to knock out a couple of appointments while back home. All of us saw the dentist one day and I saw the eye doctor the next day. Everyone had great check-ups!

These two think going to the dentist is like a play date! The hygienist, dentist, and staff are so wonderful and make the visit fun and stress free!

Dinner Date

My sweet friend J.C. suggested a new restaurant while we were home. Mom joined us and we had a great time as always.

I call this duo Trouble and More Trouble!

Cousin Time

There's never a dull moment when we go home for a visit! The girls had a great time having a sleepover at Memaw's house with Logan and Ara! We also went to the indoor playground and then CEC for lunch and more playing. It's such a treat to watch these babies play together.

Counting Down

I can't believe in 2 weeks Addison will start kindergarten. I'm soaking up every second I have left with her before she is at school all day! It's going to very hard to hide my anxiety and sadness on her first day. She's an amazing little girl and I'm going to miss her so much it hurts. May I please have the last 5 years back? I'm not ready for this next phase...

Indoor Playground

We love the indoor playground and staying cool! Blake got to go with us one day and adopted a little girl while we were there. Seriously, this child was Blake's shadow the entire time. It was quite funny!

M&M's and Pancakes

They wanted M&M's and pancakes for breakfast, so they got it! This isn't a typical breakfast in our house and the look on their faces when I said 'okay' was priceless!
